HealthWare Solutions has always placed tremendous importance
on providing its clients with the products and services they
value most. With nearly fifteen years professional experience
in the design, implementation and support of Microsoft Windows-based
prehospital patient documentation systems, HealthWare understands
that each agency has unique needs and requirements. To assist
it's clientele in maximizing their capabilities HealthWare
has developed a number of various custom interfaces to commonly
used third party programs, specialized hardware, and state
reporting specifications. HealthWare Solutions has the experience
to put meaningful information in your hands!
Defibrillator
Interfaces
HealthWare Solutions has teamed up with
Physio Medtronics®, Zoll
Data Systems® and Philips Medical® to
provide you and your medical personnel with complete and
accurate resuscitation information. With
the touch of a button, this seamless data integration allows
you to use a Physio or Zoll defibrillator along with EMS
Solution™ Field Reporting and Management software to
improve the quality and productivity of each emergency call.
EMS Solution™ organizes all patient, ECG, and therapeutic
intervention data from the moment a call is made. Any defibrillator
event
can be mapped as an EMS Solution™ procedure. Interfaces
available for: LIFEPAK® 12 Defibrillator/Monitor Series,
LIFEPAK® 500 Automated External, and Zoll M Series.
Billing
Interfaces
HealthWare Solutions has developed user-friendly modules
that assist in easily and successfully downloading patient,
call,
guarantor, charge and insurance data from EMS Solution™
software to the user's chosen billing software. The billing
interfaces that are currently available consist of the following:
A2000®, Amazon®, ADP®, Ampac®, Medical Manager®,
RWI™, Ram™, and Sanitas®.
CAD
Interfaces
EMS Solution™ provides many additional modules
to fulfill individual agency needs. The EMS CAD Import™
is designed to either 1) Import CAD data prospectively for
transfer of data to the reporting software; actually initiating
the call for the paramedic, or 2) Import data retrospectively.
The data is imported from CAD directly into the server. All
times can be reported in minutes, seconds and tenths if desired.
EMS Solution™ interfaces with various CAD programs
including TriTech™, Printrak™, and Command Point™.
State
Exports
Does your State EMS Authority have agency requirements
for providing them data? To assist you, HealthWare Solutions
has already developed numerous State Interfaces. Our various
State Exports will transfer your gathered data directly from
EMS Solutions™ into an exact file specification
