Standard Support &
Maintenance Plan:
When you purchase, and remain current, on an annual HealthWare
Solutions Support & Maintenance Plan, you receive the
following types of support at no charge throughout the maintenance
plan period:
Phone Support:
HealthWare Solutions’ highly skilled technical support
staff answer support calls between 7:00am-5:00pm Pacific Standard
Time. They will work patiently with you to resolve your problem.
Dial-up Diagnosis:
If one of the HealthWare Solutions support members is unable
to talk you through your issue, we can dial into your computer
to diagnose the problem with remote access software, such
as PC Anywhere.
Training Available:
Training is available for all of our software modules.
We offer:
On-Site Training:
HealthWare Solutions can send one of its product experts to
your site to provide comprehensive training for your staff,
or perhaps to your own trainers, who will train the remainder
of your staff. All of our trainers have a field background
in EMS, so they are prepared to understand and meet your needs.
Remote Training:
You may also arrange for remote training and one of the HealthWare
Solutions staff will assist you via phone, while “steering”
your computer remotely, via software such as PC Anywhere. |
